Solid Waste Management Services   2

Background
This is a non-personal services acquisition to provide Solid Waste Management Services in support of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) for the U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) West Point, NY. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all solid waste management service task and frequencies described and defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), technical exhibits, and the Enterprise Municipal Solid Waste Management Services Performance Standards. The scope of services encompasses, but is not restricted to, scheduled solid waste collection and diversion/disposal, and maintenance, and special event support.

Work Details
The work includes various tasks such as residential refuse & recycle services, special events - refuse and recycle, government building refuse and recycling services, litter trash route services, seasonal range & camp service - refuse and recycle, stable waste services, roll-off containers, organic services, bulk pick-up services, refuse and recycle dumpsters/cans/totes/bale/empty & return, equipment maintenance/repair/replacement, tonnage/tipping fee, repair parts/supplies/materials, football game event services. The contractor is also required to report ALL Contractor labor hours via a secure data collection site.
