The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation for Solid Waste Management - refuse collection, transportation and disposal services, in support of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Bliss, Texas. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities and transportation required for the collection, trasportation and disposal of all refuse generated at Fort Bliss, which includes Single Soldier housing, food generating/service facilities, childcare facilities, administrative offices, education facilities, medical facilities, Biggs Army Airfield, vehicle and equipment maintenance facilities, and operational areas (including ranges).

The solicitation number is W911SG-22-R-0018.

MICC Fort Bliss intends to hold a site visit at Building 111 Pershing Road, Fort Bliss, TX 79916 on 25 May 2022 at 09:00 AM MST. To register for this site visit, send an email to Ms. Elsa Gomez, at elsa.gomez.civ@army.mil and Ms. Amanda Silva at amanda.n.silva2.civ@army.mil by noon MST on 23 May 2022. The email must provide the business name, address, attendee name(s), a point of contact phone number and email address. The subject line of the email should read "Solid Waste Management Collection Site Visit . Due to space limitations, no more than two (2) representatives from each potential Offeror will be permitted to attend the site visit.

Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writting no later than 05:00 PM MST on 30 May 2022. Answers will be posted 03 June 2022, see attachments.
