20JAN20 - Amendment 0001 revises Sections 00 22 00, 00 72 00, extends the proposal submission date, adds sample project location of Bismarck, ND, Burleigh County and adds attachments, Wage Determination ND20210054 and Attachment 3 Price Spreadsheet. All other terms and conditions will remain the same.

The Offeror is required to submit its offer on or before 4 February 2021 at 2:00 pm central time (local time) in accordance with the instructions found in Section 00 22 00 of the Solicitation. The resulting contract(s) awarded under this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Task Order Contract (MATOC) as part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District.

This is an ID/IQ, MATOC for Design-Bid-Build construction for Airfield Paving under NAICS Code 237310, in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division military boundaries (including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Michigan and Wisconsin). Task orders will be issued as the need arises during the ordering period. Task orders may be firm-fixed price as identified in the solicitation.

The contractor is required to be registered under NAICS code 237310 in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https//www/sam.gov/SAM/. The estimated maximum value for all orders issued against this MATOC is $400 Million. There is no limit on the number of task orders that may be executed against the MATOC.
