Solicitation W15QKN-25-Q-A183 - Custodial and Janitorial Services for Jane Lew, WV in support of the 99th Readiness Division (RD).

Background
The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is issuing this solicitation on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) to procure custodial and janitorial services for the Jane Lew United States Army Reserve Center (USARC).

The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and attractive workplace that enhances public relations and the overall appearance of the facility.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to perform custodial services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Services include cleaning designated spaces such as halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, drill/assembly halls, auditoriums, and stairways. The contractor must adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations. Quality control measures must be implemented to ensure compliance with contract requirements. A site visit is encouraged prior to submitting a quote to accurately assess the requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of performance of 12 months with four additional option periods of 12 months each.
