Solicitation- W15QKN-25-Q-A055- Grounds Maintenance Services Branford CT in support of 99th Readiness Division

Background
The United States Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is issuing this solicitation on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division to procure Grounds Maintenance Services for the Branford United States Army Reserve Center (USARC).

The goal of this contract is to maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants while presenting a clean, neat, and professional appearance at the facility located at 777 E Main St, Branford, CT 06405.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items necessary to perform grounds maintenance services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Specific tasks include:
- Mowing (16 each)
- Edging (2 each)
- Trimming (8 each)
- Spring/fall cleanup (2 each)
- Maintaining retention ponds (8 each).

The contractor must ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Quality control measures must be implemented to maintain service standards. The contractor's operations are expected to occur between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays, excluding federal holidays.

Period of Performance
One twelve-month base period starting from the date of contract award with four additional twelve-month option periods.
