Solicitation - Teleradiology Services for Navajo Area Indian Health Service   2

Background
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS) is soliciting proposals from interested offerors to provide Teleradiology Services to NAIHS medical facilities. The NAIHS is an agency within the US Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), responsible for providing federal health services to American Indians and Alaska Natives. The NAIHS goal is to assure that accessible health care services are available to the American Indian and Alaska Natives. The NAIHS currently provides health services to approximately 1.5 million American Indians and Alaska Natives, who belong to 557 federally recognized tribes in 34 states.

Work Details
The purpose of the contract is to obtain interpretation of electronic medical images. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, supplies, materials, and equipment to perform under the terms of this contract. All services supplied by contractor under the terms of the contract shall be performed in compliance with all requirements and regulations of Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA, for mammography services), The Joint Commission (TJC), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and Privacy Act (HIPAA). The Contractor shall provide Teleradiology Services to assist Service Units with the interpretation of medical images including X-ray (CR/DR), Computed Axial Tomography (CT), Computed Axial Tomography Angiography (CTA), Mammography (MM), Mammography digital breast Tomosynthesis 3D, Ultrasound (US), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and Dual Energy x-ray (DEXA).

Period of Performance
The effective date of this contract is from April 01, 2024 through March 31, 2025 one (1) one-year Base Period and two (2) one-year Option Periods.

Place of Performance
The NAIHS Service Units to be serviced are as follows: Chinle Comprehensive Healthcare Facility, Kayenta Health Center, Inscription House Health Center, Northern Navajo Medical Center, Crownpoint Comprehensive Healthcare Facility, Gallup Indian Medical Center.
