THE FOLLOWING SOLICITATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. A NEW SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AT A LATER DATE.

The Louisville VAMC has a requirement for a 5-year IDIQ provide Pest Control Services to the Louisville VAMC and other affiliated buildings and clinics such as CBOCS. See the attached Statement of Work for service instructions, locations, and evaluation factors. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 13. Comparative Evaluations of quotes will be performed IAW FAR 13.106-2(b), best value using price and other factors.

RFQ questions due on 5/13/2025 at 8am CST. Email all questions to william.blassingame@va.gov

Quotes are due on or before 5/20/2025 NLT 12PM CT.

This is a competive requirement that has been set - aside for SDVOSB's only. Any replies from vendors that are not listed in VETCERT,SAM.GOV, VETBIZ...etc as a SDVOSB will not be evaluated for award.

Background
The Louisville Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) has a requirement for a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide Pest Control Services to the Lexington VAMC and other affiliated buildings and clinics, including Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).

The goal of this contract is to ensure a pest-free environment that supports the health and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all management, laboratory testing, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to develop and implement an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan for both the interior and exterior of the Robley Rex VAMC located at 800 Zorn Ave., Louisville, KY 40206.

This includes all leased and owned buildings as well as all CBOCs. The contractor must ensure complete elimination of any pest infestations. All chemicals used must comply with federal laws governing pest management operations. Adherence to state and local regulations is also mandatory.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center in Louisville, KY, along with designated CBOCs.
