The solicitation is for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) and Home Confinement Services in Missouri at various counties. The services will be provided on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices according to the guaranteed minimum quantities and estimated maximum quantities outlined. The period of performance for any contract awarded will be for a one-year base year and four, one-year option years.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement Services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of various United States Statutes located within specific counties in Missouri. The services include providing fixed monthly rates for Average Daily Population (ADP) of 22 or less Federal Offenders, inmate day rates for different ADP ranges, and home confinement placement services within a 200-mile radius of the RRC facility.
The contractor must ensure that offenders are accurately accounted for while in the facility, at work assignments, and in all other activities outside the facility. Additionally, the contractor must have a process for assessing the individual needs of each offender to assist with their reentry into the community.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a base period from the start date of performance through 12 months, followed by four option years: 13 months through 24 months, 25 months through 36 months, 37 months through 48 months, and 49 months through 60 months.

Place of Performance
The place of performance for RRC In-House services is located within specific counties in Missouri, while home confinement placements are within a 200-mile radius of the RRC facility.
