Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is issuing this solicitation for Residential Reentry Services and Home Confinement Services in Kansas. The goal is to provide these services to male and female federal offenders, ensuring they have access to necessary resources as they reintegrate into society. The contract aims to support the agency's mission of managing offenders effectively while promoting public safety.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement (HC) services for federal offenders in the following counties in Kansas: Sedgwick, Sumner, Cowley, Butler, Harvey, Reno, Kingman, and Harper.

The services include:
1. RRC services for an average daily population (ADP) of 27 or less federal offenders with a fixed monthly rate.
2. Inmate day rates for ADPs of 28-40, 41-53, and 54 or more federal offenders.
3. Home Confinement placement services within a 200-mile radius of the RRC facility with fixed monthly rates and day rates based on ADP categories ranging from 10 or less to 21 or more federal offenders.

The contract will be structured as an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with firm-fixed unit prices.

Services will be performed in the counties of Sedgwick, Sumner, Cowley, Butler, Harvey, Reno, Kingman, and Harper in Kansas.
