Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking to provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement services for male and female Federal offenders located within the city limits of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The goal of this contract is to ensure adequate programming and case management for offenders, facilitating their reintegration into society while under supervision.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:
1. Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services for an average daily population (ADP) of up to 120 offenders, with a maximum of 102 beds for males and 18 beds for females.
2. Home Confinement services within a radius of 200 miles from the RRC facility.

The contractor will be responsible for:
- Providing fixed monthly rates for various ADP levels, including rates for 48 or fewer offenders, and day rates for higher populations.
- Ensuring that all services comply with the Statement of Work (SOW) requirements, including documentation and reporting as required by the Bureau of Prisons.
- Invoicing based on actual usage when ADP exceeds specified thresholds.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed within the city limits of Albuquerque, New Mexico, with home confinement services extending up to 200 miles from the RRC facility.
