The solicitation is for Residential Reentry Services located in the Garden Grove City area, within Orange County, California. The services will be provided on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices according to the guaranteed minimum quantities and estimated maximum quantities outlined in the schedule of supplies/services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement Services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of various United States Statutes. The services include providing RRC in-house beds and home confinement placements. The period of performance for the contract will be for a one-year base year and four one-year option years. The contractor must submit pricing for the base period and each option year. The services are required to be provided in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws under the contract.

Period of Performance
The anticipated periods of performance are:
Base Period: Date of performance through 12 months;
Option Year 1: 13 months through 24 months;
Option Year 2: 25 months through 36 months;
Option Year 3: 37 months through 48 months;
Option Year 4: 49 months through 60 months.

Place of Performance
The place of performance for RRC in-house services is located in the Garden Grove City area, within Orange County, California. Home Confinement placements are within a radius of 75 miles of the RRC facility.
