Background
The solicitation is for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement Services located within Mohave, La Paz, Yuma, Yavapai, Pinal and Maricopa Counties, Arizona. The services will be provided on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices according to the guaranteed minimum quantities and estimated maximum quantities outlined in the solicitation.
The period of performance for any contract awarded will be for a one-year base year and four one-year option years.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services for in-house RRC beds and Home Confinement Services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of various United States Statutes. The services include providing fixed monthly rates for different Average Daily Population (ADP) levels of Federal offenders, as well as inmate day rates for different ADP levels. The contractor must ensure that offenders are accurately accounted for while in the facility, at work assignments, and in all other activities outside the facility. Additionally, the contractor must have a process for assessing the individual needs of each offender to assist with their reentry into the community.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a base period starting from the date of performance through 12 months, with four one-year option years following the base period.

Place of Performance
The place of performance for RRC In-House services is located within Mohave, La Paz, Yuma, Yavapai, Pinal and Maricopa Counties, Arizona. Home Confinement placements are within a 150-mile radius of the RRC facility.
