Background
The solicitation is for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services and Home Confinement Services located within Springfield, Missouri. The services will be provided on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices according to the guaranteed minimum quantities and estimated maximum quantities outlined in the schedule. The period of performance for any contract awarded under the RFP will be for a one-year base year and four one-year option years.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of various United States Statutes in Greene, Polk, Dallas, or Webster County. The services include in-house RRC inmate day rates for different average daily populations (ADP) of Federal offenders, as well as home confinement placement services within a 200-mile radius of the RRC facility. The contractor must ensure that offenders are accurately accounted for while in the facility, at work assignments, and in all other activities outside the facility.
Additionally, they must have a process for assessing the individual needs of each offender to assist with their reentry into the community and must educate and interact with the local community to acquire and maintain public support.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a base period from the start date of performance through 12 months, with four one-year option years.

Place of Performance
The place of performance for RRC in-house services is located in Greene, Polk, Dallas, or Webster County due to its centralized location in the southern part of the Western District of Missouri.
Home confinement placements are required within a 200-mile radius of the RRC facility.
