Background
The solicitation is for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services and Home Confinement (HC) Services for Male and Female Offenders within the City Limits of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The services will be provided on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices according to the guaranteed minimum quantities and estimated maximum quantities outlined in the solicitation. The period of performance for any contract awarded under the RFP will be for a one-year base year with a guaranteed minimum and estimated maximum. The guaranteed minimum will be calculated based on the number of mandays used at the end of the base period.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services (for In-House RRC beds) and Home Confinement Services (for Home Confinement placements) for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of various United States Statutes located in the city limits of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The services include providing Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services located in the city limits of Lake Charles, Louisiana, and Home Confinement Placement services radius within 100 miles of the RRC facility. The contract includes options for up to four additional years beyond the base period.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a base period starting from the date of performance through 12 months, with options for up to four additional years beyond the base period.

Place of Performance
The place of performance for RRC In-House services is located in the city limits of Lake Charles, Louisiana, with Home Confinement placements radius within 100 miles of the RRC facility.
