Background
The solicitation is for Residential Reentry Center (RRC), Mothers and Infants Together (MINT) and Home Confinement Services located in the city limits of Tallahassee, Florida. The services will be provided on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The period of performance for any contract awarded will be for a one-year base year and four, one-year option years.
The services are interconnected and rely upon each other to ensure adequate programming and case management of offenders.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services (for In-House RRC beds) and Home Confinement Services (for Home Confinement placements) for male and female Federal offenders and Mothers and Infants Together (MINT) services for pregnant offenders held under the authority of various United States Statutes located within the city limits of Tallahassee, Florida. The geographical radius for home confinement placements is within 150 miles of the facility. The contractor must submit pricing for the base period and each option year for various scenarios including monthly rates when the in-house average daily population (ADP) is 12 or less Federal offenders, inmate day rates when the in-house ADP is 13-18, 19-24, or 25 or more Federal offenders, as well as inmate day rates for home confinement based on different ADP scenarios. The minimum requirement for all services will be satisfied by providing services to both male and female offenders. Offerors are advised that all usage amounts are estimates only.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a base period of one year and four option years, with each option year spanning 12 months.

Place of Performance
The place of performance includes the city limits of Tallahassee, Florida for RRC In-House services, home confinement services within a 150-mile radius of the RRC facility, and MINT services within the city limits of Tallahassee, Florida.
