Solicitation: Preventive maintenance of Chiller equipment systems   2

Background
The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi requires services from a competent contractor to maintain Chiller equipment in safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition. The goal of the contract is to ensure that all systems serviced under this agreement are in good operational condition when activated. This contract is a firm fixed price contract for scheduled annual maintenance services, which includes all costs associated with providing Chiller maintenance services in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel, as well as all necessary transportation, equipment, tools, consumable parts, supplies, and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, and adjustment of the Chiller equipment according to the manufacturer's specifications.

The specific Chiller equipment requiring preventive maintenance includes:
1) York Screw Chiller Model YVAA0273DUG51BAVNXXXSAXLAXXX5044XB (Refrigerant 134A), Sl. No. 11552M14003863;
2) York Screw Chiller Model YVAA0273DUG51BAVNXXXSAXLAXXX5044XB (Refrigerant 134A), Sl. No. 11552M14003862;
3) Trane Screw Chiller Model RTAC 300-D UZOHHAGR H4WY 2COB RA5T N11A (Refrigerant 134A), Sl. No. U15CO1293.

The contractor must ensure that trained Chiller maintenance specialists perform yearly checks on equipment operation and conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to eliminate system malfunctions and breakdowns. All work must be performed during normal business hours unless otherwise approved by the Embassy's representative.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for a period of one year with four one-year optional periods of performance.
