12/15/2021 - The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to revise the submission date, block 10 of the SF 1442 and Section 01 11 00. All other terms and conditions will remain the same.

The Offeror is required to submit its offer on or before 03 January 2022 at 2:00 pm central time (local time) in accordance with the instructions found in Section 00 21 00 of the Solicitation. The resulting contract(s) awarded under this solicitation will be a Small Business (SB) Set-Aside Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Task Order Contract (MATOC) as part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District.

This is an ID/IQ, MATOC for Design-Build/Design-Bid-Build construction for Airfield Paving under NAICS Code 237310, in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division military boundaries (including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Michigan and Wisconsin). Task orders will be issued as the need arises during the ordering period. Task orders may be firm-fixed price as identified in the solicitation.

The contractor is required to be registered under NAICS code 237310 in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/. The estimated maximum value for all orders issued against this MATOC is $99 Million. There is no limit on the number of task orders that may be executed against the MATOC.
