Solicitation Notice - Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution Program Support   4

Background
The Government is issuing a solicitation for a sole-source bridge contract to provide continuous support to the Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution (NMMES) program. This program is managed by NAVSEA’s Digital Industrial Operations (DIO) in SEA 03D3 and aims to ensure the uninterrupted development, deployment, implementation, sustainment, and operation of the NMMES program.

The contract will include engineering support in various areas such as information technology life cycle planning, operations and sustainment, documentation, program management, application technical refresh, testing, training, and deployment.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Engineering support for IT life cycle planning.
2. Operations and sustainment of existing systems.
3. Documentation of processes and systems.
4. Program management activities to ensure project alignment with goals.
5. Application technical refresh to maintain system relevance.
6. Testing of systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
7. Training personnel on new systems and processes.
8. Deployment of updates and new applications as required.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will span multiple years, covering both base and option periods as specified in the solicitation.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed at locations designated by NAVSEA.
