Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Troop Support is issuing Solicitation SPE300-25-R-0037 to procure Fresh Milk and Dairy products for military and non-military customers in Virginia, specifically at Fort Eustis, Fort AP Hill, Fort Gregg Adams, and Langley AFB.

The contract aims to ensure a steady supply of these essential products to support the needs of Department of Defense (DoD) customers in the region.

Work Details
The contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for supplying Fresh Milk and Dairy products. Offerors must propose on all items listed in the Schedule of Items (Attachment 1).

The contract will cover two pricing tiers over a total period of three years:
- Tier 1: July 20, 2025 - January 16, 2027
- Tier 2: January 17, 2027 - July 15, 2028

The estimated dollar value for Tier 1 is $1,138,106.45 with a guaranteed minimum of $75,873.76 and a maximum contract value of $5,690,532.23 over three years. Offerors must have electronic commerce/electronic data interchange capabilities to process orders.

Period of Performance
The effective period of the contract will commence on July 20, 2025, and conclude on July 15, 2028.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to various military installations in Virginia including Fort Eustis, Fort AP Hill, Fort Gregg Adams, and Langley AFB.
