Background
The U.S. Embassy in Belgrade is seeking a contractor to provide on-site food preparation services for the Marine Security Guards stationed at the embassy. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the guards receive well-balanced and healthy meals while adhering to specific dietary guidelines and operational requirements.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for food preparation at the Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR). Key tasks include:
- Preparing breakfast by 9:00 AM, lunch by 1:00 PM, and dinner for self-service by 4:00 PM on weekdays.
- Following a pre-determined menu set by the Mess NCO, ensuring meals are healthy and diverse, accommodating various dietary restrictions.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and all utensils after each meal.
- Assisting with food shopping as needed and reporting any shortages in supplies.
- Preparing formal meals for special occasions as required.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, including SERV Safe quality standards.
