Background
The Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) is issuing a solicitation for Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) and Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS) under the FTSS V Multiple Award Contract, Lot 1. This contract aims to support CNATRA at various Naval Air Stations (NAS) including Corpus Christi, Kingsville, Whiting Field, Pensacola, and Meridian. The effort will be awarded exclusively to holders of Lot I MAC contracts. The solicitation includes a list of points of contact for potential subcontracting opportunities.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide COMS at five locations: NAS Meridian, MS; NAS Kingsville, TX; NAS Corpus Christi, TX; NAS Whiting Field, FL; and NAS Pensacola, FL. Specific tasks include:
- Adherence to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlined in Section J, Attachment 1.
- Compliance with technical data and information requirements as specified in Section J, Exhibit A.
- Access to Navy IT resources may be required; contractors must submit a System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) and complete necessary background investigations.
- Ensure compliance with contractual quality assurance requirements as designated by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Maintain access to Navy IT resources through completion of initial and annual IA/Cyber Awareness training.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations including NAS Corpus Christi, TX; NAS Kingsville, TX; NAS Whiting Field, FL; NAS Pensacola, FL; and NAS Meridian, MS.
