Background
The solicitation is issued by the Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, for Distributed Warehouse and Logistics services. The goal of this contract is to provide material support services at NSGB, which includes receiving, processing, and warehousing materials for various customers including the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Naval Hospital, Joint Task Force (JTF), and US Navy vessels.

The contract aims to ensure efficient logistics operations to support the mission of the Naval Station.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform a variety of tasks including:
- Receiving inbound cargo via air and barge;
- Manifesting and booking outbound cargo;
- Packaging and repackaging materials;
- Verifying materials against documentation;
- Conducting monthly physical inventories;
- Shipping outbound freight;
- Delivering materials to various departments;
- Processing open purchase materials;
- Managing Joint Task Force GTMO Warehouse(s);
- Providing warehousing/customer service for the Naval Hospital;
- Maintaining files for six years beyond the life of the contract;
- Ensuring accountability for all government material.

The contractor is also responsible for managing special categories of material such as hazardous and shelf-life items, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a quality control program.

Period of Performance
The period of performance spans from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2029, with options for extensions in subsequent years.

The contract will be performed at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
