Background
The solicitation is for the Cedar Rapids Flood Risk Management Project, Reach 1 McCloud Run Middle Reach Channel, Trail Bridge, Floodwall, and 10th St NE Road Raise in Cedar Rapids, IA. The project involves various construction tasks related to flood risk management and infrastructure improvement.
