Solicitation: IHSC Teleradiology Services   3

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), ICE Health Service Corps requires a coordinated, comprehensive system for the provision of teleradiology digital imaging services within designated IHSC facilities. These teleradiology services for the purpose of medical screening of TB through digital chest X rays as well as the routine care of illness and injury through other digital radiographs of the body as practicable with plain film radiography. Services will include Teleradiology equipment purchase, installation, maintenance, and technical support, Teleradiology onsite equipment training to all designated staff, X ray interpretation, consultation, reporting, and storage of images offsite. Other routine digital radiographs may include skeletal films, acute abdominal series etc.

This procurement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This procurement will result in a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity with firm-fixed unit prices.

Important dates include the following:

Questions are due no later than 1400 EDT on 06 May 2021.

Phase 1 proposals are due no later than 1400 EDT on 17 May 2021.

Phase 2 proposals will be due approximately two (2) weeks from the date offerors are notified of the advisory down-select.
