The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates requires a professional service from a competent Contractor and cost proposals to perform planned maintenance and inspection services of the Embassy Compound's Low Voltage Diesel Standby Generator systems. Background
The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a competent contractor to provide professional services for planned maintenance and inspection of the Embassy Compound's Low Voltage Diesel Standby Generator systems. The goal of this contract is to ensure the generators are maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition, thereby supporting the Embassy's operational readiness.

Work Details
The contractor will perform planned maintenance and inspections on the following generators:

1. Generator 1: 3512 Model Caterpillar Diesel Generator Set (1140KW / 1425 KVA, 416/440V, 50Hz) - Serial No. CMC00696
2. Generator 2: 3512 Model Caterpillar Diesel Generator Set (1140KW / 1425 KVA, 416/440V, 50Hz) - Serial No. CMC00695
3. Generator 3: 3412 Model Caterpillar Diesel Generator Set (364KW / 455 KVA, 416/440V, 50Hz) - Serial No. 9EP02483

The services include:
- Regular inspections and maintenance as per manufacturer's specifications.
- Providing all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintaining a supply of common parts for normal maintenance.
- Conducting visual inspections for leaks or damage.
- Checking battery conditions and fluid levels.
- Performing load bank testing to ensure operational capacity.

All work must be performed directly by contractor employees without subcontracting.
