Solicitation for Vehicle Purchase

Background
The U.S. Government, through the U.S. Embassy Wellington, is committed to purchasing a cargo van. The contractor shall have service ability in Wellington, New Zealand by authorized Dealership as well as authorized representative of the brand they are selling which will provide the manufacturer’s in-country warranty and warranty service.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a cargo van to the US Embassy Wellington, New Zealand, including warranty, domestic shipping, documentation, and all miscellaneous requirements necessary to accomplish the efforts described in this document. The contractor shall ensure that the vehicle offered meets the minimum specifications listed in the Technical Requirements. The vehicle should have a minimum 5 year or 150,000km warranty preferred for all items.
The vehicle must meet specific technical requirements including body shape, body type, driver position, engine type, cargo capacity, transmission type, drive type, number of seats, exterior safety features, interior color, and warranty.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall complete delivery of the vehicle within a period of no more than 90 calendar days from receipt of Purchase Order.
