Background
The solicitation is issued by the Washington Aqueduct, which is responsible for providing drinking water to the District of Columbia and surrounding areas. The goal of this contract is to procure Cationic Polymer for water treatment processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards for drinking water.

This procurement will be conducted as a reverse auction on the Unison Marketplace.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Cationic Polymer in the following quantities and specifications:
- Year 1: 80 totes
- Year 2: 80 totes
- Year 3: 80 totes
- Year 4: 80 totes

Each delivery will adhere to the following product type codes:
- NSF/ANSI Certification 60
- AWWA Standard B451

Pricing arrangement for all years is firm fixed price. Additionally, the contractor must submit a certified laboratory report demonstrating compliance with physical/chemical requirements, certification from an accredited organization regarding NSF/ANSI Standard 60, and a safety data sheet (SDS) compliant with OSHA regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract spans four years, with deliveries scheduled annually.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the Washington Aqueduct, serving the District of Columbia, Arlington County, VA, and parts of Fairfax County, VA.
