Solicitation for the Overhaul/Upgrade of the Enhanced Digital Electronic Control Unit (EDECU) for the UH-60 and AH-64   4

The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the Overhaul/Upgrade of the following assets:

ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 250 each Maximum 2,700 each

(Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 450 each)

The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. These items are commercial, so FAR Part 12 will be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin.

No DMWR has been identified for this effort. Currently, the only known approved source for the repair data for the Display Unit is Triumph Engine Control Systems, LLC (Large Business). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests (SAR) in order to become an approve source by following the procedures outlined at the following website:

No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Requests for the solicitation shall be by email to andrew.e.cameron.civ@mail.mil. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.

Amendment 1: This solicitation is hereby amended to extend the deadline for receipt of proposals from 1 October 2021 to 1 November 2021.
