AMENDMENT 0004: The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to revise Section M, Past Performance Evaluation Approach.

AMENDMENT 0003: The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to extend the closing date of the solicitation from 22 March 2023 to 31 March 2023 and revise Rating Methods in Section M to adhere to DFARS Subpart 215.3-Source Selection.

AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to incorporate the Solicitation Q&A Document. As a result of the Q&A the following attachments were revised and/or incorporated: Task Order PWS, Past Performance Information Sheet, Estimated Labor Category Hours document and Anticipated LCATS document.

AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to revise the language in Section M; 8. SB Participation Plan; subsection paragraph a) on p. 66. See the attachment W911QX23R0004 - Amendment 0001.
