Description

This requirement will be limited to sources qualified prior to award under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 9.202.

Award will be made only if the offeror meets the qualification requirement(s) at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation.

See the attached Shaft Mfg Facility QA Matrix for a list of requirements to become a Qualified Shaft Repair Facility. All information listed in the attached Matrix must be submitted to:
