Background
The solicitation is for a two-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Submarine Corporate Component Repairs Program (CCRP) issued by NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support. This program supports the repair of components for Los Angeles and Virginia class submarines. The contract includes three option years and aims to provide repair services for various items listed in Attachment 1 of the solicitation.

Work Details
The contract will involve the repair and/or modification of items as specified in Attachment 1, which includes approximately 115 items. Delivery orders will be issued as either Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) or Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). The minimum order value is set at $500, while the maximum cumulative value across all awardees is $86,000,000. The contractor must provide all necessary parts for repairs, which are to be completed according to the latest Technical Data Packages (TDP). The scope of work includes:

1. Repair and/or Modification of spare repairable assemblies.
2. Compliance with specifications and standards as outlined in the contract.
3. Submission of cost reports per CDRL B001 every six months detailing costs incurred for each order.

Period of Performance
The base ordering period is two years from the date of award, with three additional option years available.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at contractor facilities designated by NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support.
