The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island (ACC-RI) on behalf of the Office of the Program Manager, Maneuver Ammunition Systems (OPM-MAS) hereby issues Request for Proposal (RFP) W52P1J-21-R-0033 for a MHSA and PFA supplier to produce Caliber .38, Caliber .45, 9mm M882, and 9mm MHS ammunition.

This acquisition is Full and Open. Proposals will be evaluated using Best Value/Subjective Trade-Off Source Selection procedures. The resulting award will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to a single Offeror. A combination of Firm Fixed Pricing and Fixed Pricing with an Economic Price Adjustment will be utilized.

The guaranteed minimum quantity is 2,000,000 each in any combination of the DODICs listed above. During the life of the contract, the Government will be entitiled to order a maximum total quantity of 500,000,000 each in any combination of the DODICs listed above.
