MEMORANDUM FOR: Prospective Offerors

FROM: AFLCMC/PZICA

SUBJECT: Request for Proposal (RFP) FA8601-23-R-0026 AMENDMENT 7

1. AMENDMENT 7 includes an updated Statement of Objectives (SOO). See Attachment 04: Mechanical Seed SOO Building 31216 Replace DW Boilers REV 2. Changes are in bold and highlighted within the SOO.

2. If this amendment does not impact a previously submitted proposal, please submit a letter to the Primary and Secondary POC by the RFP Closing Date confirming the following:

(Insert Offeror Name) has reviewed the changes outlined within Amendment 7 and a proposal revision is not needed. The proposal submitted by (Insert Offeror Name) on (insert date submitted) still stands and shall be used for evaluation purposes.

3. The RFP Closing Date is extended to 2:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST), on 21 November 2023.

4. The decision whether to respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) submitted will be at the Contracting Officer's discretion and is not guaranteed. If answered, all questions and answers will be posted via SAM.GOV before the RFP Closing Date so that all interested offerors are treated fairly.

Background
The United States Air Force, AFLCMC/Operational Contracting Branch, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio is seeking industry proposals from potential sources, including, but not limited to, Small Business (SB), HUBZone, 8(a), Woman Owned (WO) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) small business concerns. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, devices, and materials, and performing all operations necessary in connection with 'Repair Mechanical Systems' Statement of Work. This acquisition is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, material equipment (unless furnished by ), transportation, and supervision to accomplish a broad range of Mechanical Systems Repair work on real property at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Type of facilities the contractor can expect (not all inclusive): Research and development, secure areas, airfields, flight line, infrastructure, administrative, industrial, etc.
All work is to be accomplished under the terms and conditions of the contract and the attachments listed in Section J.
The total value of orders placed during the ordering period covered by this CLIN shall comply with the constraints of the order limitations shown in maximum of $24.9 Million.

Period of Performance
The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 1825 calendar days after receiving award notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
The site of the work is Area A, Area B and all other properties owned by Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
