Solicitation for Fresh Bread and Bakery Products support for DLA Troop Support to military customers in Kansas and Missouri   5

Background
The solicitation SPE300-22-R-0046 has been issued for the supply of Fresh Bread and Bakery products to Department of Defense (DoD) customers in Kansas and Missouri. The contract period is expected to be from February 12, 2023, through February 11, 2026. The solicitation is being issued as unrestricted with Hubzone evaluation preference under full and open competition procedures. The solicitation utilizes the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Source Selection Process. The contract will be an indefinite quantity contract(s) (IQC) with a commercial firm(s) to supply specific supplies or services to be furnished during a fixed period, with deliveries to be scheduled by placing orders with the contractor.

Work Details
The specific requirements per item are included in the Schedule of Items (Attachment 1). The offeror must support all of the customers for which they make an offer and propose on all items in the Schedule of Items on which it offers. The offeror's initial offer should contain the best terms from a price and technical standpoint.
The Contractor will be required to maintain electronic catalogs that list all items available to the customers covered under this solicitation. Each item in the catalog shall contain corresponding national or local stock number, Government item description, packaging characteristics, unit of issue, and unit price.

Period of Performance
The contract period is expected to be from February 12, 2023, through February 11, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract requires support for customers located in the Fort Riley, KS area; Fort Leavenworth, KS area; and Fort Leonard Wood, MO area.
