Description

DLA Aviation intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to General Electric Company, CAGE 99207, via a letter Request for Proposal (RFP). A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS). A copy of this solicitation may only be available to requesters by contacting the Point of Contract (POC) for this notice directly.

The agency intends to award a subsumable contract in accordance with the general terms and conditions for the General Electric (GE) Captains of Industry (COI) Supplier Capability Contract (SCC) SPE4AX-18-D-9418. The letter RFP will be issued for the purpose of acquiring a feasibility study of increasing the Stall Margin Remaining for the F404-GE-103 in the T-7A aircraft which includes engineering support performed by General Electric (GE).

This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ. The estimated term will be six months after contract award. The estimated period of performance for this effort, including the out-brief and any final study report submittals, shall be eight months.

b. Report - Program Status Report
c. Report - Record of Meeting/Minutes.

Period of Performance
The study report shall be delivered within six months of contract award, with an overall period of performance including out-briefs and final report submittals estimated at eight months.
