Solicitation for Electronic Warfare Training Systems (EWTS) II   4

Background
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for production, engineering, and support for the Electronic Warfare Training Systems and Support (EWTSS). The procurement is being solicited as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The RFP and associated attachments in this announcement supersede all previous documents made available to the public. The Government intends to award this procurement as a Total Small Business Set Aside.

Work Details
The Contractor shall establish, deliver, and maintain a program management process that outlines performance against cost schedule and technical objectives. The Contractor shall provide support to the IWS 1IT Integrated Product Team (IPT) by tailoring, maintaining, and delivering the current Systems Engineering Plan (SEP) ensuring that it incorporates the items identified in the IWS 1IT Technical Review Manual (TRM) and IWS 1IT SEP Inclusion List. The Contractor shall also develop, tailor, maintain, and deliver a Configuration Management Plan (CMP) that describes the Contractor’s configuration management program. Additionally, the Contractor shall develop, tailor, maintain, and deliver a Product Road Map (PRM) for each separately funded developmental TI executed and all funded production CLINs. The Contractor shall also develop, maintain, and deliver a Project Plan for each project funded and defined in a TI by IWS 1IT as shown in the SAMPLE Project Plan. The Contractor shall utilize the secure Integrated Training Systems (ITS) Teams portal operated by Integrated Warfare Systems 1IT to provide ready access to create, store, access, manipulate, and exchange digital data via NIPRNET.
