Solicitation for Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) Data Migration Services   2

Background
The Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) is seeking procurement of Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) data migration services. The goal of this contract is to migrate ASRS data from the Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Virtual Array (HP EVA) to the Primera database, as the HP EVA system has reached its end of life and is no longer eligible for support. This project aims to ensure that all infrastructure, hardware, and networking are properly configured for a seamless transition.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
1. **ASRS Data Migration**
- Migrate ASRS data from HP EVA to Primera.
- Quantity: 1 Each
- Manufacturer Part Number: 5134645517-01 TYM CCAD Migration Service
- PSC Code: 7H20

2. **Storage Consulting Services**
- Provide on-site storage consulting for a period of 5 days, which includes TYM migration services.
- Quantity: 1 Each
- Manufacturer Part Number: H7B28A1 Storage Consulting
- PSC Code: 7H20

3. **Key Tasks Include:**
- Implementation of Storage Area Network (SAN).
- Configuration and migration from EVA to Primera on four HPUX servers.
- Reconfiguration of ServiceGuard with iSCSI and fiber channel migrated LUNs.
- Verification of successful backup for all systems before migration.
- Monitoring and verification of data migration to the new storage array, including cutover and execution of post-migration verification plan.

Period of Performance
The required time period to complete the services is expected to be approximately two weeks.

Services will be performed at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas.
