Background
The solicitation is issued by Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) for a Human Performance Optimization (HPO) Multiple-Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract. The goal is to optimize human performance through various services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Service as defined in the applicable TO performance work statement (PWS). The contractor must meet or exceed The Joint Commission (TJC), OSHA, and Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC) rules and regulations for handling healthcare linens.

Cleaning services may include aseptic cleaning and remediation-type cleaning in a medical setting. Contractors must not share information or data with outside entities regarding research requests. Government will provide facilities, equipment, materials, services, technical orders, publications, and forms as needed. Specialized equipment purchasing may be required for execution of contracted services with pre-approval in writing by the COR/CO. Travel may be required both CONUS and OCONUS with pre-approved coordination.

Period of Performance
Performance schedule will be defined at the Task Order level.
