Solicitation: F16 ADG and JFS Repair   2

THIS IS A FIVE (5) YEAR IDIQ TYPE CONTRACT FOR REPAIR OF THE F-16 ADG AND JFS PARTS

RESTRICTED TO QUALIFIED SOURCE(S): A Source Approval Request (SAR) is required from all
interested contractors. Award will only be made to an approved Qualified Source. See Clause
52.209-1 and the Qualification Requirements package attached for additional information. In
accordance with FAR 9.202(e) the Government reserves the right not to delay contract award to approve new sources.

This is a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Priced solicitation for a five year ordering period.
Quantities ordered shall be determined at the issuance of each Task Order/Delivery Order.

The minimum order amount is either one (1) ADG repair OR one (1) JFS repair.
The estimated maximum amount of ADG repairs is: QTY 42.
The estimated maximum amount of JFS repairs is: QTY 82.

The dates in clauses 52.216-22 and 252.216-7006 are blank and will be updated prior to contract award.

FAR 52.216-22 will be updated to reflect 6 months after the last date of the ordering period, and DFARS 252.216-7006 will reflect the effective date of the basic contract award through 60 months.

Failure of the Government to purchase such items in the amounts or quantities described in the schedule as "Estimated" or "Best Estimated Quantity" shall not entitle the contractor to any equitable adjustment in price or schedule.

Early delivery and partial shipments are accepted and encouraged unless specifically prohibited at the CLIN level.
