Solicitation Dry-Dock (DD): USCGC HEALY (WAGB 20) Fiscal Year 2026   4

Background
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing a solicitation for the dry dock repairs of the USCGC Healy (WAGB 20) for fiscal year 2026. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the vessel undergoes necessary repairs and maintenance at a certified dry-dock facility located on the West Coast of the United States. This solicitation package includes various attachments that provide detailed specifications and requirements for the work to be performed.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, and facilities required for the dry dock repairs of the USCGC Healy. Specific tasks include:
1. Performing all dockside work as outlined in the attached Specifications/Statement of Work (Attachment 2).
2. Completing a pricing sheet with breakdowns for task orders and labor rates (Attachment 1).
3. Submitting Condition Found Reports (CFR) within 24 hours after inspections or readings are taken.
4. Complying with all safety and security regulations at the contractor's facility.
5. Ensuring that all work is performed at a facility certified under SFLC Standard Specification 8634, Jan 2022.

Period of Performance
The anticipated performance period for ship repair work is from January 12, 2026, to May 9, 2026. The ordering period for this contract will extend from the date of contract award until August 2, 2026.

Place of Performance
All work under this contract will be performed at the Contractor’s provided dry-dock facility located on the Continental West Coast of the United States.
