Background
The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing a solicitation for the Alaska Environmental Remediation Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). This contract aims to provide professional environmental remediation services for the Civil Engineering Unit Juneau (CEUJ) Environmental Management Branch (EMB), supporting the Arctic Region, specifically District 17. The goal of this contract is to ensure prompt responses to a variety of environmental needs associated with restoration, compliance, planning, and construction support.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide professional environmental remediation services as outlined in the Statement of Services (SOS). The scope includes but is not limited to: restoration and liabilities, environmental compliance and construction support, environmental planning, sustainability and training. Work will be ordered on a Task Order basis, with each task order identifying specific requirements and delivery schedules. Key personnel may include Program Manager, Environmental Scientist/Engineer/Specialist, Environmental Manager, Project Manager, Site Safety and Health Officer, Quality Control Manager, Superintendent, etc. The Contractor must ensure adherence to all labor laws applicable to each Task Order issued under this contract. Each task order may contain Statements of Services or Performance Work Statements and is anticipated to be performance-based.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be defined in each individual task order issued under this IDIQ contract.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance of the contract is primarily within Alaska.
