Background
The Wilmington VA Medical Center (WVAMC) is seeking to acquire a new Large Format Printer/Plotter for use by its Engineering and Construction Staff. This equipment will replace the current Multifunction HP Printer/Plotter, which is no longer functioning effectively.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the staff has reliable printing capabilities for their construction plans and other engineering needs.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of a Brand Name or Equal Cannon-T60 2-Roll Color Printer/Scanner/Copier. The specific requirements include:
- Quantity: 1 unit
- Description: colorWAVE T60 2-Roll Printer with Top Delivery Rack, including Scanner Express IV with Professional Software, Adobe Postscript Driver, and colorWAVE T60 Starter Supplies.
- Salient Characteristics:
- Dimensions: Must fit within 90” (w) x 40’ (d).
- Media Size: Minimum paper size of 36” (W) x 650’ (L), capable of printing on flexible media such as bond, film, Tyvek, polypropylene, and recycled paper.
- Capacity: Must hold at least 2 rolls of paper.
- Print Quality: Minimum of 600 x 600 dpi.
- Functionality: Capable of printing, copying, and scanning vendor-supplied construction plans/floor plans in full color.
- Additional Features: Energy Star certified, includes start-up supplies for installation, delivery and installation included, and standard manufacturer warranty.

Delivery is to be made to the Wilmington VA Medical Center located at 1601 Kirkwood Hwy, Building 10 – Engineering, Wilmington, DE 19805.
