Solicitation No. 75H70724Q00120 is hereby issued by Indian Health Services (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, who has a requirement for Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and System (HCAHPS) for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) located in Zuni, New Mexico.

This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive reasonably priced offers from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following cascading set-aside.

Background
