Background
The Department of the Interior (DOI) Interior Business Center (IBC) Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140D0426Q0646 on behalf of the U.S. Wildland Fire Service (USWFS), Office of Wildland Fire (OWF).

This competitive RFQ solicits conference facilities, meeting space, audiovisual support, internet services, event management support, security services, and related conference support necessary to conduct the National U.S. Wildland Fire Service Wellbeing Summit. The summit aims to address key health and safety issues for wildland fire personnel and will involve approximately 300 attendees focusing on mental health, wellness, cancer awareness, and exposure mitigations.

Work Details
The successful Contractor shall provide facilities, equipment, supplies, management, adequate meeting space and all supportive services necessary for a fully functional 2.5-day summit venue.

Services include:
- Meeting space setup and teardown
- Audiovisual support
- Internet services
- Event management support
- Facility security
- Catering services
- Registration support space
- Directional signage
- Housekeeping services
- Technical support
- Facility coordination.

The venue must accommodate approximately 300 attendees with a general session room for plenary sessions and breakout rooms for workshops and discussions. Additional requirements include access to contracted meeting spaces from 6:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., adequate lighting and climate control in meeting rooms, and provisions for simultaneous activities across multiple rooms.

Boise, Idaho metropolitan area within 15 miles of the National Interagency Fire Center.

This RFQ is set aside exclusively for eligible small business concerns with a Total Small Business Set-Aside status. Bidders must demonstrate capability in providing required services as outlined in the Statement of Work.
