This requirement is being solicited as a sole source award to the OEM, Walsh, James D doing business as "WinTool North America".

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and support in regards to four (4) WinTool Software Licenses and Annual Maintenance to the 402nd Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG), Robins AFB, GA.

Background
This requirement is being solicited as a sole source award to the OEM, Walsh, James D doing business as 'WinTool North America'. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and support in regards to four (4) WinTool Software Licenses and Annual Maintenance to the 402nd Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG), Robins AFB, GA.

Work Details
The specific products to be delivered under the contract include four (4) WinTool Annual Software Maintenance packages. Each package includes WinTool Professional Base Floating License, and WinTool CAM Interfaces with on-line and phone support. The contract also includes options for additional annual maintenance packages.
The packaging and marking, inspection and acceptance locations, delivery schedule, and DFARS Clauses Incorporated by Reference are also detailed in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 27 Sep 2023 to 26 Sep 2024, with options for additional periods of performance extending up to 26 Sep 2028.
