Background
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division - West (HCD-W), Echo Branch intends to award a firm fixed price five (5)-Year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the procurement of Pre-Mixed Intravenous (IV) Fluids for Madigan Army Medical Center.

The sole source award is directed to Central Admixture Pharmacy Services, Inc., located at 2525 McGaw Ave, Irvine, California. This contract aims to meet the critical needs of specialized inpatient populations requiring Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) solutions and other IV fluids.

- Nutrilipid® 20% in 3-in-1 TPN: Per 100 mL: 5
- SMOF Lipid in 3-in-1 TPN: Per 100 mL: 5
- TPN Delivery: Per Delivery: 30.
