Description

The Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a sole source contract to Dillon Aero, Inc., located at 21615 N 7TH AVE, Phoenix, Arizona 85027, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). The requirement is for Dillon Aero proprietary weapon systems and associated components which are available only from Dillon Aero, Inc. due to proprietary design and manufacturing rights.

Background
