Background
The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is seeking a quote for Orbis Software Licenses to support its mission of providing business analytical and due diligence capabilities.

The agency requires access to comprehensive data on private and public companies, including financial information, mergers and acquisitions, ownership details, corporate organization, patents, and sanctions. Moody’s Analytics, Inc. has been identified as the sole source capable of meeting these extensive requirements through their Orbis software.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase of Orbis Concurrent Licenses as follows:
- Base Year: CLIN 0001 for up to 39 licenses with a delivery date of January 27, 2025.
- Option Year 1: CLIN 1001 for up to 52 licenses with a delivery date of January 27, 2026; CLIN 1002 for an optional surge of up to 10 additional licenses.
- Option Year 2: CLIN 2001 for up to 52 licenses with a delivery date of January 27, 2027; CLIN 2002 for an optional surge of up to 10 additional licenses.
- Option Year 3: CLIN 3001 for up to 52 licenses with a delivery date of January 27, 2028; CLIN 3002 for an optional surge of up to 10 additional licenses.

The software must provide capabilities including access to various types of organizations and detailed patent information.

The contract period is from January 27, 2025 through January 26, 2029.
