Description

The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Fort Huachuca Division intends to award a sole-source contract under the authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Network Designs, Inc., located at 1651 Old Meadow Rd Ste 105, McLean, VA 22102-4308. Background
The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Fort Huachuca Division intends to award a sole-source contract to Network Designs, Inc. under the authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 and 13.106-1(b)(1) for the procurement of the contractor-owned Virtual Secure – Remote (ViSR) capability at Fort Bragg. Work Details
The ViSR capability currently installed at Fort Bragg is a system of integrated commercial hardware and software that provides users remote secure access to NETCOMs Secure Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (SIPRNet) outside of the physical boundaries of a military installation. The delivery date for the ViSR System is set for 30 September 2022.
The system requires registration with the National Security Agency (NSA) and must receive NSA approval prior to implementation.
