Sole Source Notification for Habitat Assessment and Mapping

Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Northwest is soliciting for Riparian Habitat Assessment and Mapping services in support of riparian habitat at Naval Radio Station, Transmitter at Jim Creek, Naval Facilities Northwest. The goal is to develop a comprehensive understanding of fish habitat at NRS(T) Jim Creek, including locations and seasonality of streams, fish accessibility, and opportunities for habitat improvement.

The objectives of this contract are to map the centerline of all streams on the installation and determine Water Type Classifications according to the Washington Department of Natural Resources classification system, and produce a multi-year plan that provides a prioritized list of fish habitat restoration projects, including conceptual designs.
